Water splash level 340

Even if there are 14 moves left it says Game over. The same happens to all level in the same world. I feel cheated because even though I buy 5 more moves, it shoves me out with moves left over.
For a game that had me playing and having fun it turned into a complete frustration.
Please fix this problem.
